Do you accept orders from places other than Australia?

We accept orders from most countries, if you do not see your country in the drop down list on the check out form then we do not ship there. We currently do not ship to the following countries:
Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Phillipines.

Can I order by mail?

Yes, all you need to do is choose your items and check out, then select cheque or money order as your payment method (see "How can I pay?") before submitting your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Credit Card:
We accept Master Card, Visa, Bankcard and American Express. We recommend using a credit card for faster service. Your statement will show the name Love Police for the items you purchased.

Money Order & Cheque:
Please note these payment options are only available to customers within Australia. You may purchase a money order from any Australia Post office for $2.50. The Money order / Cheque is payable to "Love Police" for the total amount of your order including shipping. Upon receipt of your money order / cheque, we will send your goods to the address you have provided. Simply enclose a copy of your order with name, address and order number details and forward with your payment to our address.

Note: Please allow additional time for delivery of your order when paying with cheque.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

There are 2 shipping options:

1. Regular Mail - Australia Post (cheaper & slower)
2. UPS Express (International Customers Only) - door to door (more expensive & faster)

Once you have selected your preferred shipping option and submitted your order the cost will be automatically calculated and will appear on the shopping page. This occurs before the request for payment.

Please note: Love Police are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping internationally.

How long will it take to get my order?

Domestic Orders:
Regular mail allow 7 - 10 days
UPS Express allow 2 - 4 days

International:
Regular mail allow 2 - 4 weeks
UPS Express allow 4 - 8 days

Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

When shipping with UPS Express (international only) you may track your shipment via:

Simply enter your reference number (see your email confirmation) and monitor the progress of your order

Note: Love Police are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect address details from the purchaser.

Can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the items you have received you may return them within 7 days of when you originally received your order. You may only return unworn & unwashed items. All music sales are final. Tickets are refundable only if the show is cancelled. You will receive a refund within 14 days.

Size or shirt not right ?

If you receive an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or an alternative item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item.

Wrong or damaged items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers payclose attention to the washing instructions.

Refunds

Will only be issued for the following cases should you choose not to have your order fulfilled:

An ordered item that may be out of stock
Lost shipment
Damaged goods - Note: Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned to Love Police

How long will it take to get back a return or exchange?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.

I am missing an item in my package?

Please contact us at mailorder@lovepolice.com.au. Please include your order number and name.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail and an approximate date of when we expect to have it in again.

You can have your order refunded if not available or fulfilled once the item is back in stock.

Can I return or exchange a t-shirt I bought at a show?

Only goods purchased through our online store can be exchanged.

Can you send me a catalogue?

Our website is our catalogue.

Does Love Police have a shop front I can purchase, exchange or return an item to?

No, we work from our office & warehouse which is not open to the public for viewing or purchasing merchandise.

What are the chest and length measurements in inches for the t-shirt sizes?

These are approximate measurements and may vary occasionally. Also, other garments such as hoodies,tracksuit tops etc will considera

Extra Small (GXS) : 6-8
Small (GS) : 8-10
Medium (GM) : 10-12
